Thanks to everyone who liked my Facebook page. I'm in the 70's now. Woo hoo. The competition will keep running until Thursday and then I will pick a winner. Good luck to everyone that has joined in.
I have been neglecting my webpage lately but I have been trying to keep up with stock for the fairs. I am now going to keep Sundays free so I can update my Facebook page and my website. Keep looking out as new products will be getting added and remember they are one off's. I am on a mission to increase my likes on my Facebook page. At the moment I have 8 and would be happy to have this into double figures. Having Googled this, one of the recommendations is to run a competition. So I have created a page for a competition to like my Facebook page. The prize will be one of my brooches. So if you see this head over to the comp page and there will be a link to
If you are in Dundee this Sunday why not pop along to the Fairfield Funday at Drumgeith Road - lot of things for everyone to do, Zippitydoodah will be there among the craft stalls.
Have a look at the event here https://www.facebook.com/events/1441240279467990/?ref=2&ref_dashboard_filter=upcoming On one of the groups that I have joined on Facebook someone was talking about this magazine. Being the nosey person that I am I Googled it. Just now you are getting a bargain - 5 months for £5.00 and it would appear that you get a free gift every month. I think I might sign up for the 5 months to see how it goes. If anyone else gets this magazine let me know what you think.
Since my last post I have been busy trying to get my stock levels to the amount I require. 1 week to go and I am slightly behind in my target but hopefully this weekend I'll be able to catch up.
My next mission is to get my 'likes' into double figures. That is proving more difficult. I am quite shy about my 'hobby' and really haven't shared it with my family and friends. I might just have to bite the bullet with this one. This was the question that I entered into Google to see bow I can increase my sales at craft fairs. I have been selling things but I would really like to sell more. I really think I need to something more adventurous with my table. Maybe have a theme or a statement piece to draw attention to my table. Another idea was to have plenty of stock on your table. I must admit this is something I am lacking in as I haven't long started making things. His target was always to make 3 times the amount paid for the table and the stock level was 3 times that amount. I definitely have work to do. Better get going Have just added some new products onto my site. The main additions are the wedding flowers and the favours. These can be made in any colour to compliment your wedding colours. Please ask me for details and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
My next craft fair is at the Tannadice Church fete. If you're in the area come and have a look. If you're further away why not visit
